Service Awards 2025

This year’s award ceremony opened with a gorgeous opening movie that incorporated our corporate philosophy of “HANASAKA”, which believes in the potential of its employees and encourages them to take on any challenge, and the main theme of “Challenging towards better service,” as well as the subthemes of “Inheriting the service spirits” and “Nurturing the possibilities of the next generation”. Mr. Ueda, YGCS Director, made an opening address that included the purpose of holding the Service Awards. In his greeting, he stated, “we hope that everyone involved in after-sales service will continue to challenge themselves and blossom, and that the service spirit of Yanmar will be passed on to the next generation and take root in them, so that we can all grow together throughout the world”. During the ceremony, Mr. Yamamoto, YHD Representative Director (COO), and Mr. Hamaguchi, YHD Director (CHRO), also expressed their gratitude to the award winners and those involved in services, as well as their greetings regarding the importance and expectations of their services. This year, 70 service staff members selected from domestic and overseas offices/branches and dealers received the awards and were presented with trophies by YGCS Directors, Mr. Ueda and Mr. Hosoki. Also, awardees from Yanmar Vineyard Solutions and YANMAR CONSTRUCTION EQUIPMENT shared their service case studies, and a presenter from YANMAR ENERGY SYSTEM presented a case study of customer support. It was an opportunity to share our services in various countries and fields.
